This paper presents results of research work carried out in Don Phong commune, Bach Thong district, Bac Kan province, and focused on study of the structure characteristics of Indosasa bamboo stands. The study shows Indosasa bamboo stands play a positive role in conserving soil and water, regulating and preserving the natural environment.
