Zingiber mioga (Thunb.) Roscoe, Zingiberaceae as a new recorded medicinal plant for flora of Vietnam

In the field survey and conservation of some Medicinal plants in Ha Giang province (2005 - 2006), we have been found Zingiber mioga (Thunb.) Roscoe. This is a new recorded species for List of medicinal plants and Flora of Vietnam. It was grown in the garden for medicinal and vegetable.
