Most cobs on a maize plant-world record set by Mark Wozencroft

HEREFORD, UK -- Mark Wozencroft, of Ledbury Road, have a maize plant which has produced 11 cobs-setting the world record for the Most cobs on a maize plant

Mark points out that his maize plants are completely natural. “It is simply down to good husbandry,” he said.

Although he has never grown sweetcorn before, Mark reckons his background in agricultural engineering stood him in good stead to produce a good crop.
